Manatū Wāhine Ministry for Women are collaborating with the Ministry of Ethnic Communities, Whaikaha - Ministry of Disabled People, Ministry for Pacific Peoples and Te Puni Kōkiri to host this session.
Katy Anquetil will offer practical, real-world governance advice on how to craft a powerful and effective governance CV. This one hour workshop will cover the basics about how to create a governance CV. Katy will share tips and tricks they've learnt over the years, as well as an example of what a governance CV could look like.

About the presenter:
Katy Anquetil is a recruitment thought leader with over 20 years’ experience in the industry, both domestically and globally. Her role as Director, Wellington, is focused on partnering with clients in public and private sectors to appoint key talent. In addition, she supports firms with broader needs such as career and leadership coaching, succession planning, capability development, and organisational reviews.
At Sheffield, Katy has recruited at the Chief Executive, executive leadership and governance levels across local government, central government, private and not-for-profit sectors. In addition, she has facilitated and led board evaluation and CEO review processes, as well as numerous non-executive director appointments.
Katy has had the opportunity to coach many senior executives around their own leadership strategies and behaviour development and into the identification and development of high performing teams and organisations.
