“Make sure you keep showing up online and have people in your corner who are supporting you.”

As a young, Muslim, neurodivergent businesswoman working across New Zealand and Asia, Nurain Janah has been targeted with racist and sexist abuse, attempts to discredit her, and doxxing - her private information shared online, putting her safety and wellbeing at risk.

But she will not be silenced, and has developed strategies to curate her online presence while still remaining authentic to herself and her purpose.

Despite it all, Nurain manages to stay confident and outspoken online and works to ensure that women have the safety and freedom to be leaders.
