Have your say: Let's talk pay survey 2025

The Ministry for Women and YWCA Auckland are running this survey to better understand how young women feel about talking about pay in the workplace. The survey is open until 11:45pm, Monday 11 August 2025.

This survey will help us understand how to better support young women to confidently talk about pay. It will help shape what resources are needed to support young women and their employers to have pay conversations in a safe and constructive way.

Whether you’ve talked about pay a lot—or not at all—your views are important to us. We’re keen to hear what’s helped, what’s been hard, and what you think could make things fairer.

Any woman in Aotearoa aged 16 and over! While the focus is on young women, we welcome responses from older women and people of all genders to reflect the full picture and provide inclusive insights.
