About the speaker
Shirley McLeod is a management consultant specialising in leading large and/or complex projects and government initiatives. She has spent more than 25 years working in public policy and leading transformation and service delivery projects across the justice, housing, social and community sectors.
Two years ago, Shirley decided to capitalise on her work skillset to break into a boardroom career too. She started in a deliberate, well-planned way and took clever steps to support her strategy. Shirley now sits on the Louise Nicholas Trust Board and is a board member with the Real Estate Authority following a Future Director placement.
