    These documents detail actions to increase women's participation on state sector boards and committees and women's participation as at 31 December 2018.  It also includes the results of the Gender Stocktake of State Sector Boards and Committees, undertaken annually by the Ministry for Women. This year, we have reached 47.4 percent women’s representation on state sector boards and committees – an all-time high!
